Ahh…the good fortune of living next door to these folks! Kelsey brought a sample over and it was delicious. First, I couldn’t believe it was only cream cheese and seasoning, second that it held up under the heat, and third that such a simple two or three ingredient dish could be so delicious. Definitely going to try this soon!

Such a great side. I have done a couple on my RT 700 and used Kosmos Rib Glazes on the side. Have to try the Blues Hog for sure.
