I dream of doing laundry as I haven’t had a washing machine since mine broke in September 2023. I actually enjoy laundry 🥰🤗 Re the shoulder and other aches and pains, have you considered reducing your caffeine intake? I have fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome and love my coffee but have cut down to try and support my pain management. I have always drank a lot of water and I used to drink a lot of Diet Coke, I have never been into energy drinks. It would be interesting to see if your pain reduced with less caffeine and your sleep may improve too.

I think it’s all about priorities. You find time for what you need too, we’re all different with our lifestyles some things take priorities whilst other things in our lives slide, entirely depends on what we prioritise, could be a new job, promotion, business, fitness, saving for a goal or housework etc

I’m so grateful you posted this, totally agree, it frustrates the hell out of me too! They could have achieved it in the time they talked about the lack of time, it’s a lack of time management and not managing priorities 🙌

People always tell me they have no time to read like I do (and it often feels like they mean I have way more free time than them) but when I add up the things they do like watching tv they absolutely do have time but choosing to spend it on something else. Which is fine - everyone should do what they want with their time but I think some people just love to say how busy they are all the time. Man I needed to get that off my chest 😂 sorry!

The Craft is okay. I like Practical Magic. There’s a Sandra Bullock film called Premonition which is very good. I think the Final Destination films are good too - spooky but not terrifying. Love Halloween - got my super Witch Hat but this year, I might answer the door in my Current Body mask for the lolz 🤣🤣🤣
