Well the thing with gentle movement is, I didn’t injure it suddenly and it wasn’t from being immobile.. it was from standing and the pain became so intense that any movement hurt.. so gentle movement wasn’t even a little bit appealing 😂 THAT SAID .. who ever would have thought that sitting at a computer would FIX a back?!?

You can get smart plugs and light bulbs that you connect to your Alexa, then you don’t even need a light pull over your bed 😂

We don’t have an Alexa but I do have a smart bulb in my office that stopped connecting which is annoying 😂

What did you think of the silicone scar tape? I had never heard of it and I have a 15cm scar after ankle surgery. Is the tape worth it?

My partner sets up all our Christmas lights and we have them on extension leads plugged into Alexa enabled plugs. I just say "village on" and my lemax village turns on. Christmas tree and window lights are also on Alexa plugs. The best one has to be the electric blanket though 😂

‘Maybe he took his picture to….. someone’ 😂😂😂😂😂 Dead…. Ok, so the scar tape, wait until the ‘wound’ is healed before you use (I’ve used it on older scars and it’s quite good on them too!)…. And I use kinesiology tape over it to keep it on…. Also Lily Pebbles was talking about c section scarring and she’s been for a massage (special) and it’s worked wonders, apparently there’s no time limit on it helping! She talked about it in her last vlog.
