I think so too.. it should be a great trip and we never know how long we have left with our parents 💔 God, they are identical, aren’t they? It’s ridiculous. Neither of my kids look like me. I know people say Ella does but you haven’t seen her dad 😂

Cloud seeding happens a lot in Dubai. I thought my dad was making it up when he first told me about it 😂 They’re not allowed to seed the clouds over Christmas and New Year so that people will be able to sit outside for Christmas dinner etc 🙂

I work in retail and over the last couple of years, a lot of shops especially high street shops don’t do real Black Friday, they just put up Black Friday pos and then change it back to Xmas pod with the same deals. I’d say online your getting proper Black Friday deals.

I've used the Boots recycling option many times and it's convenient but might be annoying for your situation. You go in store and drop off 5 items, and then you get a barcode, then you have to make a purchase of £10 or more, scan the recycling barcode when you're checking out and then you get the points added to your account. I've built up quite the stash of Boots points this way. But, considering how many items you have to recycle, it might be a bit of a pain

Yeah, between the volume of stuff and the fact you have to spend the points one batch at a time, it’s not for me. I’m gonna try another one cause it seems like you can rack them up

@@MikhilaMcDaid Oh you can definitely rack them up! But because you have to purchase something I order to earn them, and can only earn one set per day, it might not suit your needs. It is handy though as you can use it for things like toothpaste tubes which otherwise just go in the rubbish

Note to all dying anything is great. But just remember that items with polyester content will not dye, that is why the stitching did not take the colour. Check the fabric content before doing the blankets.😀

I noticed that when I dyed that jumpsuit. The lining didn’t dye and the labels inside. I wouldn’t dye anything I wasn’t prepared to destroy but I think you can still dye polyester at temperature, right?

Feature-length watch for me with Storm Bert howling outside. I think I must have the opposite of ADHD - literally always hungry, could eat round the clock - there's got to be a happy medium hasn't there? Hope Milo got his trophy. Shrunk one of my fave jumpers in the wash yesterday & sold it on Vinted - I did say it had shrunk & was now probably a small rather than a medium & I'm glad someone else will get to wear it but I'm safe that I was so stupid!!

The boots one is really good! You can take 5+ items to the recycling point at a time and you get a voucher for 500 points with a £10 spend. I think you can only do 1 drop off a day though and obviously you have to spend again to get the points 😬

It’s such a difficult thing to explain to others. I’m always sitting down so it’s not like I get leg weakness/wobbly legs when hunger really strikes either. I also find that when I’m stressed or full up, I can’t physically swallow food
