My brother owns a 2013 Shelby GT500 with a bit over 1000HP and I'm owning a 900HP C7 Z06 (7AT). The GT500 is a bit quicker in straight line and has a huge Topspeed (German Autobahn 😎👍🏻) but you can't compare a real Sportscar to a Power GT. Of course the C7 is way better and stable in corners but my god the GT500 is a hell of a ride 😂. The most "oh shit" moments you can buy for that money 😂. Track and Performance package, great sound system and those seats are amazing. Enough space for a long road trip. Just updated KW Springs and that's it. Huge difference just with the springs. The last real Carroll Shelby car and you can feal that he was all about the fun for his last car 😂👍🏻

For exhaust sound, to bump it up, try using the V6 Raptor tailpipe sections. They don’t have the resonated tips, or rear resonators. Can find some take offs from marketplace possibly and it’ll give you closer to the GT500 sound without significant modification.

Congrats on your 3 very nice cobras a very sought after collection, I've been watching your videos for some time now I'm a fan of mustangs and particularly the new gen cobras, and I must say your videos are very good source for information thanks for that...I just got my 2017 gt 350 same as yours blue with white stripes with i little over 20k mi., I did pay a little more then what I wanted to, but in today's market dealership are paying close attention to Shelby cobras especially that Ford stop making them, I'm in northern California and the price for one of this cobras are just going up..!! I'm still enjoying it haven't done any mods yet, but if i do it will be fords performance oil catcher, a kn filter and some protective coating for the front, is not my daily driver since I planned to keep it for a long time and just drive it for fun occasion...anyways keep making those videos and can't wait to see your next acquisition...lol

What you did with the decals is perfect! I'd love the R, but I'm leaning regular Raptor, possibly the 37 package. Am considering a Tremor or Platinum, and doing a level/lift and adding 35 tires and a bit of poke after market. The Platinum would let me get the Powerboost, while the Tremor has a little narrower width & higher payload than the Raptor. But I just love the Raptor, darn it. A QUESTION: What kind of mpg could you squeeze out of the R on a long distance highway drive, taking care to drive evenly and any appropriate adjustments? How about with the Regular Raptor with the 37 package, any idea about that too? 13/14 mpg around town, not a big deal, but those long road trips are another matter. Would love that buttery smooth highway drive.

You face the same things even if you have an XLT or Platinum since they all share the same parts and software. Though, then again... None of those models are rocking 700+ hp. Problem I always face with raptors are the tires... It's like the truck is begging for some PSS for the road but the whole point is offroad so I am loving my ko3s! You'll enjoy the RR, I am having a blast with it as a DD (traded the f150, side note... RR is also faster than the f150 raptor non-R with the Ford tune), just assume the backseat is basically a mustang/camaro backseat compared to the f150...
