for me and most of the student, the main problem is money, i have planned my budget with practically and with that i can barely afford 60 gram protein a day and my weight is 65kg, i do daily workout so 1.5g/kg is not gonna happen at this budget my budget 👇👇 Total Incoming from home - 7000 Fixed Expenses Expenses Amount Room Rent - 2200 Groceries - 800 Petrol - 800 Eggs - 450 Gas - 300 Recharge - 250 WiFi - 100 Nuts - 200 Total 5100 Total Remains - 1900 Other Expenses ( thing we spend on like junk food, tea etc as a college student ) - 900 Savings for travelling - 1000

I must say this video is the best. He is absolutely correct. Calorie deficit is the only way. Another thing that works great for me is 16 hours fasting and only eat in 8 hours window. Intermittent fasting really helps me and it kicks off after 12 hours passed, meaning the last 4 hours of 16 hour window are the most affecting one. If you do your exercise during that time, that would be added benefit but I agree it has to be sustainable otherwise whats the point if you cant continue.

Everything was right to the point But one thing I would like to highlight is: Every human body has Rectus Abdominis Muscle (Abs) but not all comes with 6 packs because that's just genetics. Some might have 6 packs like Lou Ferrigno Some might have 4 packs despite being at the lowest fat % like Arnold Schwarzenegger And some might have 8 or 10 packs too So to sum it up, No matter how hard you Train your Abs it is all Genetics.
