Love your channel. Thanks a lot. I am on Level 2. I bike 20km to-and-fro for work everyday. Go to the gym 2-3 times a week (but do only some weight lifting, quite basic). I go for a run weekly, play some sports during the weekends or go for a swim. I haven't started strength training because I don't enjoy it like other exercises. But I have been struggling to lose weight in the last 3 yrs now so will definitely consider it. Although I haven't lost weight, my body composition has changed a lot since the last year when I included gym, swim sessions and whey protein in my diet. Feel a lot stronger, have lost fat, feel more agile and most importantly my recovery after workouts has increased. Other added benefit is my skin and hair has improved quite a lot.

You can not rely on cheap protein sources for a long time. 1. Paneer-50gm(8gm protein-16rs) 2.Milk500ml- 16-17gm protein(29-34rs) 3.Eggs( 3 white+ 2 whole)-40rs(21gm protein) You can not eat chicken and soya daily Think about it

I fall in group 2.I can't go gym because of same personal reasons,so i tried strength training at home, without equipments! But due to overweight iam not able to perform those workouts like push-up and pull-up etc... i am 32 year old woman who goes to gym 3 days a week for 1 hour and I do 10 minutes walk on the treadmill and then weight lifting. then I try to do yoga for 30 minutes 3 days a week. its my active rest. helps with recovery and mobility. so, I guess I come under level 3. my weight is 65 kg right now. my goal is to reach 60 kg. so, I take around 100 gm protein. some days its in 90s and some days its over 100. i think it should average to 100. if I am eating vegetarian meals then I take 2 scoops of whey but if I eat nonveg meal in day and night then I don't take whey and if I eat i veg and one nonveg meal then i take 1 scoop of whey. I usually do 2 meals and 1 snack when I eat nuts and fruits.

@@Hypertroph thank you so much for the motivation! i didn't expect to get reply from you. now, i am more motivated to follow. it has taken me about 4-5 years on and off to get here by making small changes from reducing just 1 roti or small amount of rice to start eating fruits, nuts, whey and from starting to join gym to hiring trainer for few months to learn how to use machines. it was very intimidating process. but youtubers like you and some friends have been the big support for me. so, thank you for your great videos. I used to not take 2 scoops of whey but after seeing in your video on vegetarian diet days I have increase it. thanks again!

Mere locality me gym access nahi ha aur mere parents bhi in sab chizo ko generally neglect kar dete h. I am currently financially dependent on my parents, isliya I do home workouts, mostly pushups and basic mobility. 100gm protein sounds absurd to my parents, but still I try to maximize my protein intake
