I love high rep low weight training. Feels more useful i think, and it also feels better in the muscles and joints. Plus it burns calories and is a cardio workout at the same time. And you did a good job, and good you didn't use straps. Like it should be done

Brilliant! Your comments on the site are always incredibly on point. It’s normal to feel down or x y z but feelings and emotions aren’t reality. It’s good to remember that, as you have done. One thing I have been pretty good at is not getting super annoyed at the *process* when I know that it is my own lifestyle choices that I’ve got me there and my own lifestyle choices that are stopping me from losing it superfast - but I do get annoyed at me.

Yes! Thank you for the kind words. I have to remind myself all the time the only person I can be upset with is myself for letting me get to where I was. But what will that help? Nothing. Thinking about the past is what set me in the constant circular no progress hell I was in. Now it is all about today and what I will do tomorrow and not what I did yesterday.

Absolutely! My frustration with myself goes fairly fast for the reasons you stated. Would love your input on the muscle question I asked on the FB page

That's a lot of reps.

I am currently doing a high volume weight training program where it's all about high reps and a bunch of sets. But yeah, this one was quite a challenge.

Look who I am talking to, lol. I bet you could explain high volume training to me in ways I don't understand!

@@fatrock2jeffrock502 I've been at it a few years. Although high reps on deadlift isn't my strongest event.

@@Isaacwasfat It was an adjustment. I like to lift heavier than I am now, and it was a change moving over to the hex-bar until I slim down and can work on my form more to move back to the bar. But the more I do volume, the more I love it.

And the soundtrack is Remington James. I have the links to his channel and his music in the description. He is amazing for letting me use his music!
