Truth be told, back in the day I can remember pulling 4 plates. But that was before. I have come a very long way in my personal weight loss journey and I am proud of my accomplishments. Now, 315 is not the heaviest I can pull, but I am not out here working on my 1 rep max. 315 is nothing more than my first goal. I got it twice here in the video, so next week I will go for 3.
