Have you tried a more natural coffee? My favorite is Luna Maki (small business near me). It’s pricey but so much better than the ones you get from the store.

I’m going to check out the link for the vacuum we have “hard wood” floors and I hate the vacuum we have now we also have a robot vacuum we just got that I love for week nights but I love a regular vacuum for weekend cleaning

Hey Vada. I think i have arthritis also. Have had symptoms the last 4 years but what i notice is that when i eaat certain things (like yourself) my symptoms flare up! The stiffness becomes worse and the aching of the joints in tge fingers and toes, ankles, tops of hands and feet... i just become so stiff and achy. I have leaky gut syndrome so i know this is where the root of my health problems begin. Oh and i become very fatigued and just want to lie in bed. Is there anything specific you take for your arthritis?? X

i don’t take anything for it! i eat the carnivore diet, and i have no inflammation when i stick to it :)

Hi Vada. Love the mugs. Thanks for the share. Sorry to hear about your husbands eye. I know what he's going through. Years ago I got a paper cut across my eye. Took years for it to heal. Very sensitive to light.
