I absolutely love hosting any type of gathering! Game night, holiday, dinner, doesn't matter to me! My toxic hosting trait is that I always ask our guests to pitch in and bring something smaller like dessert or plates or something like that but then I ALWAYS end up making everything myself and having wayyy too much food because I can't make up my mind on what to cut. I don't want to make one dish sad because I chose another one over it 😂

I love watching you guys. I’m trying to get my fiancé in on the budgeting journey. He is the spender in our relationship. Mr. simple. Could you please go on a bit of a tangent. Next video about how important it is for men to be involved in this process? I am also going to request a playlist that Mr. simple is featured in because I’m just going to play it in the background all the time to drive it home. That couples are doing this together.

Since it's just my husband and I we usually keep it fairly simple. I cook a turkey breast in the crockpot for Thanksgiving along with some mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, deviled eggs which I can't seem but to eat them all lol, cranberry sauce, pasta broccoli salad if I feel like it, and a strawberry rhubarb pie that comes frozen but is absolutely delicious. Similar menu at Christmas only with one of those quarter hams you can get that are pre sliced and cooked, but I add some flavor to. I don't enjoy cooking that much and my menus are limited because of that due to lack of knowledge and zero interest lol.

I am horrible at Math yet somehow; I am in charge of all the finances as well. I like organizing cash, I guess. It always drove me nuts when someone's cash drawer wasn't faced, or even when I'm handed cash not in order. Even now when I pull money out of the ATM it's never faced correctly!
