It’s hard to take folks like this Ramos seriously because you know they are doing it because their revenue source, the MCU, is in danger. Thus, they need to placate and provide the “accepted” criticisms while also hammering they are still fans. Whereas in the case of Marvel, it’s pretty evident that the MCU has been in a world of trouble since Endgame and that finally it’s hit its lowest point. I really really don't even want them to touch Blade. The style of the Originals is just so far removed from Marvel/Disney's "well that just happened" sense of humor.
