I'm really jealous of the BDUs, they are a lot better than U.S.M.C uniform, many more features, probably much better breathing and more comfortable, although desert marpat were made out of really incredibly soft cotton

very fantastic video, and i am glad you included that this camo has been seen fielded amongst troops in ukraine, i actually have a 6b45 that was partially sprayed green, i got most of the paint off with mineral spirits, and the most recent piece of gear i got in that category is a beige 6b47.

Sand in arid environments is usually slightly pink. Its pink hue is amplified when the sun is quite low, as in dawn and dusk. Additionally, I imagine the uniforms/equipment were designed to be slightly more pink than the environment when new, thus becoming the perfect colour when it is faded and dirty from field use.

If possible, would you consider doing the WW2 uniforms of the VDV? Many English-speaking documentaries and social media content creators overlook that part of their history, not to mention many video games not including any battles they participated in.

I saw some footage years ago of Russians using that peachy camo in Tajikistan. The thing is though, despite being in an arid environment, the colour didn't match. The Afghanka would better match that terrain.
