You always give me passion and remind me to keep going. I’m from Japan and I’m pre college senior and trying monk mode or some other things to improve myself. I doubt my plan and struggle to keep going sometimes but I come back to this channel and get motivated every time. Keep going. Someone like me gets hyped up with your journey.

LEZGOO!! Do you have any tips for me even tho i can do 20kg pull ups i cant still do a muscle up
@hydrogen.calisthenicsКүн бұрын
u definitely have the strength, so 2 things to work on now. High pullups and technique. theres a bunch of youtube videos out there giving the same tips for muscleup, so just spent a bit of time to research, then trial and error the technique until you get it. one tip is to record yourself, download a video of someone doing a regular muscleup, both from the same angle. slow down the videos and analyse where you did it differently from them, then slowly make changes. you can do it bro!

Are you bulking, cutting, or maintaining your weight/bodyfat?
@hydrogen.calisthenics9 күн бұрын
I would say more of lean bulk, but im not really focused on this, im just training skills and let my muscles grow naturally. Bodyfat isnt something for me to worry about so i dont really care about that
@yungbanz46359 күн бұрын
Do you track your calories? If so, how many calories do you eat daily?
@hydrogen.calisthenics9 күн бұрын
No i dont, i just eat as clean as i can whenever possible. I make sure i feel good for the amount of carbs and protein i take

Great video man, can I ask if I want to train handstands do I have to get very wide paralletes or are the small size ones by gornation good enough?
@hydrogen.calisthenics10 күн бұрын
If you wanna train handstands, u dont even need parallettes. But if you wanna train it on parallettes, u can get small ones or longer ones. The smaller ones are for portability, and the longer ones have more stability, but depends on your budget!

Try isometrics, they will enhance your performance for calisthenics tricks. Isometrics need no equippement as calisthenics. You will eventually make it there.

what did you do to achieve the high pullup?.thank you
@hydrogen.calisthenicsАй бұрын
weighted pullups and high pullups, pulling as high as you can!
@Jay-sk3tyАй бұрын
dude, I need some advice. I (26 M) have been calisthenics for the past 4 months. right now training 4-5 days a week. I want to build a respectable physique. It would be great if you could look at my schedule below and tell me if I am missing something or doing wrong. It would be of great help. DAY 1 pushups( on parallets so that I can go more deeper and get better stretch) pullups DB shrugs Some leg exercises DAY2 pike pushups( want to learn hspu) chinups Dips lateral raise some leg exercises DAY 3 ( Active rest day) core running
@hydrogen.calisthenicsАй бұрын
honestly it looks pretty decent, but what i would suggest if you really want to have insane strength is doing weighted calisthenics. Weighted calisthenics contributed to most of my strength and physique! keep going bro!

Brother good job but the only thing I am worried about is your hyper extended elbows which might make you vulnerable to injuries do the elbow conditioning and stuff and train hard I would love to see you achieve planche one day......

@VoidWarriorsDomainАй бұрын
Try to engage your glutes more, it looks like your lower back is dipping way too low (at the end of the video.) Also if psuedo planche push ups are too easy, do a 90 degree hold at the bottom and hold it for a little then push back up.
@hydrogen.calisthenicsАй бұрын
Bro im squeezing my glutes so much thats why its dipping low, and its supposed to dip low👍🏻
@VoidWarriorsDomainАй бұрын
@@hydrogen.calisthenics Strongest glutes I've seen in my life 💀 I was wondering cause I was like he's engaging his core too so his glutes have to be engaged somehow
