What are your rest times in between working sets? And what do you do for shoulder and wrist strength?
@hydrogen.calisthenics25 күн бұрын
Normally around 3-5 min, but for higher volume it will be up to 8 mins. For shoulders i just train planche and hspu Wrist, i follow leevans wrist mobility routine, u can find it on yt

How do you program your workouts? For each excersise and rest
@hydrogen.calisthenics22 күн бұрын
I do attempts first, then i do bands for a few sets, then strength training, and abit of technical work. Number of sets depends on how strong and fresh i feel on the day. Rest usually 3-5 min for intensity sets, and 5-8 min for high volume sets
