Schildern Sie Ihr Problem bitte!

Great project 👍I'm building one myself now and I watch you videos if I don't understand the drawings,it's a great help. Why did you flange the copper sidewalls in the boiler (on the drawing they are not flanged 3mm copper flat) ?
@dreamsteam8272
@dreamsteam8272 2 ай бұрын
A flange is recommended in any case. it expands the soldering area and offers better grip. It is also easier to assemble before soldering. Due to the geometry, the soldering point is also pressed together under steam pressure and is therefore even relieved by the high pressure!

Very precise and interesting work as usual. It was so interesting to see how you pumped the water through these tiny boiler. I wonder, does it actually happen that something is put together incorrectly? Or is it easy to put it all in the right places? I guess you got to have a good sense for construction, physics and engineering in general. Nice video cutting work, too. Can't wait for the "ber-months" (September, October, November...), for it seems it's the perfect time for those works and vids. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, nothing is eaten as hot as it is cooked😁😂😂😂. However, I've been out of practice with the hobby and editing videos for almost a year now, so a beginner's project like this was good school again 🤣🤣🤣 The pump bottle is actually for a special valve with which you can refill the kettle with steam when it is in full operation. My funnel was too big, but the hose fit 😅 Thanks for the comment!

What type or brand of silver solder did you use?
@dreamsteam8272
@dreamsteam8272 11 ай бұрын
That depends on the job to be done. I don't have a special brand. The only important thing is if you heat components several times, that you start with a solder that melts at around 700-800 degrees. If you have to heat the component again in a further step, use a solder with a melting point of 500-600 degrees. This way you work back the number of steps so that areas that have already been soldered do not open again.

Geiles teil wirklich gute Arbeit 👍.
@dreamsteam8272
@dreamsteam8272 Жыл бұрын
Danke!
