From around the age of 10 into my early 20's I was a borderline insomniac and I never even really told anybody. I was running on 2-4 hours of sleep if I was lucky. Over time I learned how to turn whatever mess was going on in my head into peaceful calming experiences and for the past 15 years or so I've fallen asleep fast and through the night for the most part.

Jeff Buckley is definitely more original than Nick Drake because I was listening to both Nick's albums the other day and it sounds so much like Donovan. Obviously Donovan was a big influence on him to the point to where he can't shake the Donovan sound in order to go more original but Jeff Buckley is totally original. He doesn't even really sound like his father.

Bowie was and he's still the greatest musician off all times. Wrote his own lyrics when he was 19, composed music, produced his albums, arranged, played over 10 instruments, concept albums, trilogys, among the first one in Glam rock, first to combine rock with electronics ( influenced Ministry, NIN, Manson), first post punk records ( influenced Joy Division, The Cure, Bauhaus). What Michael did besides learning to dance and lup sync ?
