@marcochavanne11 күн бұрын
@ they are, but they can be custom ordered if someone is interested. We are a family of 6 so I don’t have many choices across all the entire American pickup market. Many higher trim models don’t allow you to select a 40/20/40 front seat. The Custom Trail Boss with a Duramax seems to be the best value out of all of them for a rugged daily driver that can haul a travel trailer a few times a year.

I have the Canyon AT4X AEV. I went out with an open mind when buying a midsize truck. I drove every truck on the market. The Ranger Raptor was quick. I didn't like the look of the interior personally. The material was nice, but I wasn't a fan of the way it was all laid out. The Tacoma TRD Pro was awesome, and that's what I used to have in the prior generation, but when I look for new vehicles, I mostly pay attention to what my hands are touching more than anything. Toyota has this problem lately where I can wiggle the shifter left to right like a manual. It feels cheap to me, and the glove box in three new ones I drove was rattling. The prices were insane too. They were asking $70k for a white TRD Off-road with the hybrid option! Love the tacoma tho. The Colorado ZR2 Bison was everything I was looking for, but I really, really wanted a heads-up display. I've never had it before, and it's not an option on the Colorado. Frontier Pro 4x was the cheapest, and you can definitely tell. I see the appeal of the truck, but like the Ford, i did not like the interior. The layout was not what i was looking for. It was a great price for what you get, and i can see why people love them. People seem to have good luck with them. Just very basic to me. Jeep Gladiator Rubicon was a unique experience compared to the rest of the lineup. I just sold my RMT Wrangler. So I already knew what it was gonna be like. You just can't beat solid axles. Just not nearly as comfortable as the other trucks here. My choice for the Canyon AT4X AEV was because i really wanted a truck that could go offroad without mods with full armor and beadlocks while being comfortable and having that awesome heads-up display. The interior isn't my favorite, tho. I don't understand why they didn't come with and power sliding rear glass or a camera rear view mirror when they have a massive tire mounted in the bed lol. I also loooove the look of it. It's my favorite looking truck at the moment. My father ended up buying the GMC 2500 because he loved what GM/AEV are doing with these trucks. Great review, buddy. Keep it up!

I came from an f-150 Lariat to a Colorado Trailboss. I almost like that it’s less luxurious because I don’t feel like I need to baby it, I’m not worried about wearing out the leather seats or steering wheel. I’m able to let the truck be a truck

The Land Cruiser has always come with all-season road tires. The Land Cruiser is an expensive luxury SUV that is also second to none off road. The Land Cruiser is purchased by people who can afford its high price tag, enjoy the road presence and road manners all while having the polished/yet rugged look that can go anywhere. I drove my buddy's last month w/ a 6m. It put a huge smile on my face, cannot deny it. I thought it had plenty of power on the street, even with the base engine pressing me a few inches into the seat back and instantly shattering the speed limit. My first positive impressions were about refinement: the impossibly light clutch, impossibly smooth gear changes, one toe braking, and precise steering (for electric). I'd say for the negative, it's a big ass car (literally) so it takes up a lot of width on the road so picking lines is not as fun. Also I observed firsthand the cars and coffee score on this car is very low because someone with that colorful 992 GT3 is going to pull up next to you and completely steal your thunder. Still I would be very happy with a 6m version as a DD no problem.
@PointShiftDriveАй бұрын
I would agree with pretty much everything you said. As far as the cars and coffee credit this isn’t the car to wow people with. People who know, know. It’s a driver‘s car that you can live with every single day. I think it’s pretty clear now that a GT3 is a difficult daily driver proposition. An amazing car nonetheless, but if it’s only coming out for cars and coffee, who really cares?
