The real question is are we going to see your present face in ten years Zach.

Restomods suck! And their rich buyers too. If You want to drive an old car You have to put up with an old car. If You can't do that, play golf. Or let Your wife have an overhaul. 😡

Never been seen since? That thing is probably rusting away at the bottom of a lake or river somewhere unfortunately.🙄 I really despise thieves.

Most likely a dealer ordered car. Most guys didn’t what a vinyl top, especially on a Z/28.

My dad was 34 when I was born in 68, it only been out of the US Navy for a short time but he did one tour of Korea two tours of Vietnam how does 1930 Ford model a hot rod he built in late 55 but his ultimate dream car was a 68 Camaro SS which I own both cars and inherited from him in 2000 when he passed away thank you to all men and women who served our country and to those who never came home you will never be forgotten

Very well done video, thank you for the content. A friend of mine has an early 69 Z28 as well, Norwood built vehicle, and no "X" code. Glad to see the explanation on that.

I would love a 70 RS LS6 P3 Motion Camaro. Throw in a 69 ZL1 and I’d be pretty happy.

The owner is lazy because he could’ve had the fenders taken out from inside of the car so that you didn’t have to be leaning against the dusty car trying to sort through a stack of fenders..

One of my uncles had the white version Cobra II. That car, IMO, was/is still cool as hell today.

Very nice car. I never thought these cars would be worth what they are worth now a days, I sort of wonder what kind of deal went on there, but none of my business. I had 4 69 Camaros in the 70s and 80s, so I just have to enjoy the memories. Thanks for the info and making the video!

Yeah, I remember that car I remember talking to cooker. One of Ed’s sons about that car. He’s got this old picture of the yard back in the day. Nothing but rows of B bodies and E bodies and 4 or 5 wing cars. It was somewhat complete but pretty trashed, from what I was told it was a fatality from the blizzard of 77 when they were using loaders to dig the streets out.

I was spoiled growing up in my fathers garage/property as he collected Chrysler muscle cars, many in various states of disrepair. His only complete restoration was a '65 Plymouth Barracuda fastback with the slant six. Unfortunately his second wife took the 70/71 Charger/Challenger with her upon separating. Bitch. I'm still occasionally spoiled when attending classic car shows when the weather's fair. It reminds me there was a time when car manufacturers gave consumers a choice of ten engines and thirty colors to choose from. All people get now are 2 engines and five colors. Maybe. To hell with government mandating 45mpg out of a 4-banger padded up with sound deadening material. Give me a car from the 60s with a 440 Magnum v8 that goes ROAR!

My father bought a 69 cobra brand new, I was brought home from the hospital in it in October of 68 when I was born, in 1978 he bought a 70 cyclone spoiler, loved that car, I don’t remember the 69 cobra, a old lady lost control in the rain and smashed into it and totaled it when it was only a year old, I still have some pictures of it, he loved that car.
