all women trade sex for something: attention, money, acceptance, etc. the same way men trade money for sex. you sure as fuck wouldn't be paying some random woman's bills if she wasn't polishing your bellend.

Set up a Philippine Corporation. If you have the certificate of title worded she is a married Filipina to a Foreigner it is conjugal property and both signatures are needed. If she dies her heirs have 50% interest and you have 50% interest, like tenants in common in America. If you make her a US citizen then US laws take effect and the entire property can go to the foreigner. So this is to bullsh|t people saying the foreigner husband has no interest in the property. You can even set up a Philippine Corporation and be the limited partner. I would image you could even make it a subsidiary of a U.S. Corporation. The Philippines is a great place to own and develop real estate provided you do all your due diligence and check out the title, survey, trace back and memorandum of encumbrances. There are no title companies here so it’s up to you.

As we know, women are hypergomous and are looking for the best deal they can get . There's a reason why most men lead with their wallet as it's usually one of the first question asked by a woman, especially one that has been with a man with no resources. Their has to be value coming from both sides beyond the sexual aspects. The advantage of being in the philippines for most of us expats is that we have the resources that create stability in a relationship. The woman provides a home environment and should make a mans life easier. Their should be a symbiosis between the two people in the relationship that works for both parties, and it does take a bit of work and communication. A woman who is elevated by her relationship with you will tend to appreciate it, and that will hopefully equate to happiness for you . If this isn't happening, then you are not with the right person.

Maybe you have not meet her yet but you will anyday soon. Just be patient & trust God. Someday soon, you'll be settled down with your love one with no more sadness but all happiness in the future. The problem in the Philippines is, Filipina Women are takers, and do not have any limits. Expats are givers and they need to understand their limits. Filipina Women are not good candidates for marriage or long term relationships.

Hi Trey good content you have in your video. I was taught as a child that it is a cold cruel world. People have to learn to be their own best friend. When things go wrong in life you is all you got sometime. You may have a friend or two but you need to rely on yourself. Keep the faith in God, cry in the night but joy cometh in the morning. I do believe there are good people in life but people need to respect themselves first!:)

it takes time to heal. perhaps, it will be good if you visit Tondo (with somebody!). You will see people’s destitution but they still manage to smile or be happy. Such visit might help you heal better, seeing you still have so much to be happy with. Or, take my sister’s advice. “When youre feeling down, give away something or help a stranger.”

I Retired the end of August... Was in Cebu Business Park by Late October. I'm doing a "One Year Trial Retirement" in Cebu City. My State Pension goes much farther here. What got me to leave the US: No Family left in my Home Town... The Dating Scene for 60ish men [At the Best!] felt like being on the "Wrong Side" of the Wild Kingdom... Poisonous Politics if you don't agree with EITHER major Party. Shoulder Tendinitis at 70f and below. I wanted: Coastal, Tropical or Sub-Tropical & a Massive Change in my life. If this isn't for me, there are many other Retirement Destinations... Or, I can Return to the US & take the Job Offer with a Public Agency in a different Pension System.

I didn’t really need a maid but she does way more than what I think she should do for a little over a hundred bucks a month! I’m thankful for her! You’re not good enough. Folks are not seeing the big picture. We have a similarity of ups and downs. Everything you have said is similar to alot of expats here in the Philippines. I’m glad that you have chose this path and start rewarding yourself. You deserve it and along with other foreigners that have woke up from the western countries stile of livelihood. It’s toxic that everyone knows. Not all are happy at the outcome of learning their past behind, but you know what we are just plain sick and tired of being sick and tired. You know what I mean. That American you met is very lucky to have met a woman like his girlfriend. I hope it stays that way. I'm a Filipino, and I know, read, and met some foreigners who had been with Filipinas but ended up homeless, discarded like trash, or scammed when there's a financial drain. Not all Filipinas are trustworthy. Many are just gold diggers or in for the money. I wish you well. May it be so for all other foreigners who will come to the Philippines.
