So do you hold your breath when you're holding the abs in? You're obviously not as you are talking but so many people say to hold the breath. To me holding the breath is not working the TVA but locking the diaphragm in place by closing the glottis. Any advice please? MT.

If you cannot stand then it’s going to still be beneficial, however standing bending over a desk or table is the best option

Omg this is the first wall pilates video i have found that just does the pilates with no chit chat and nobody "talking you through it" because that can be distracting sometimes and can make me feel bad if i can't do the exercise 100% as its supposed to be done. Loved this video and glad that i could just use this instead of paying crazy amounts of money for instructions on how to lean against a wall. Thank you so much ❤❤ very good for different abilities and easy to do anywhere
