Today i'm talking about one exercise that is guaranteed to tighten and flatten your belly without needing to lose fat.
This works because we’re talking about a muscle disfunction, namely the transverse abdominis muscle. Doing this exercise daily consistently will help train your transverse abdominis to tighten and sit flatter which will help give your abdomen and tighter appearance.
This exercise does not supersede a consistent healthy diet and regular exercise. Add this exercise to your daily routine.

Thanks, I love your no nonsense approach. I used to do this in yoga, except when all of the air was out, we would pop the diaphragm (I believe) several times, b4 inhaling again. Your way will be much easier 🙂.

I just wanted to share that I find it easiest for me to do this while line on my left side. I think that may be because I have had past intestinal issues and this seems to be the most rested position for my stomach. thank you for all of your help! I enjoy the simplicity and the compassion that I noticed in your videos. God bless you!

It works for anyone if the exercise is done correctly. It’s tightening a muscle that we all have. It doesn’t burn fat 😊

I understand it can hurt, but that’s simply because when you do the breathing you tend to push down into your hips. Try to lift up, or even better, bend over a desk
