@thetigerheart15 yes, but that uses a Dynamic Fuel Management so the plugs are different.

Would you PLEASE, do another run on the 5.7l and the 223231 cam but with 392heads on it instead, or maybe even all the cames with 392 heads, and give a comparison. I want your cam, but dont have any idea how they would run on my set up

I asked this on the hemi head flow test.. i wish you would have swapped the 5.7 heads with the 6.4 heads on the stage 3, or really, do all of the same tests over, but witht he 6.4 heads on. I want one of your cams, but would really like to know what it will do on my set up. Better? Worse?

Why does the engine rev for a couple seconds before the throttle body opens, then the engine stays bogged down for six seconds before it revs out after the throttle body opens??

@louiewashere3 Good question! We do this to let the dyno stabilize before doing the full run. We go WOT, and the dyno "catches" the engine output and holds it at the desired start rpm. Thus allows for a clean reading from there to recline since there is no throttle body tip-in or anything. The intake is getting all the air it can and we get good #s. We really should do a breakdown of the dyno operation because it has brought up other questions.

I figured its the nature of the electronic throttlebody I noticed this driving my 2014 charger rt 5.7 at times. After WOT driving(goose the pedal ) for a few minutes after I let off you can hear there is a lag before the engine start to idle down at times. Its like the engine is still running full throttle for a few seconds.

Does anyone make a proper intake for the LV3 yet? I swear ive seen a BTR intake for them but their site doesnt seem to show a high ram style yet. Asking as id like to do an LV3 swap on my Syclone.

@The1sunnydmusic Yeah, all those V6 trinity intakes were modified versions of the V8. I'm not sure they are going to make a production run, but you can always ask them. Some guys in the LV3 swap facebook group might be willing to either sell their modded intakes, or make one for you. Otherwise, a ported version can be an improvement.

The guys at power nation took a 30+ year old ford 300 straight six out of a forklift modded it and slapped a turbo on it, and made 500 HP with 10# of boost…. Solid motor and a fraction of the cost. This thing is an over engineered POS
