@@luiselmilusos7625 I understand. I can't run a tall BOV because my turbo faces the fender (it's not a PT Cruiser but uses the same flange setup). I either need to run a spacer or I need to run the shortest BOV available (not so easy to find now days). Since the spacer is already on its way, I may tap the ports and then run hex key screws to block off some of the air to make the sound less pronounced. This might be my best option, but I won't know until I do the experiment.

Although it was a very informative video. I got just a few things to comment on. First is that you should never use wire nuts for automotive applications. I would also avoid cutting and splicing wires. You can make the process easier by using wire tap connectors. Last, invest in a pair of wire strippers.
@muzicmaxg99715 ай бұрын
I know the video is old but I really liked how you explain everything. It's srtaight forward and easy to follow. I'm a fan now! I replaced my whole turbo with a BWS (Big Wheel Stocker) from AGP my original turbo was on its way out. So with the BWS it's supposed to add up to 300hp at the wheels at 20lbs of boost Of course you would have to get it tuned properly to make that. I would never run 20lbs of boost. The GTs engines just would not be able to do that. At the most I'd say it could handle14-15 pounds at max without hurting it. I also put in a Mopar Stage 1 ECU after I did that. So after it learned how I drove ect It made a big difference. I subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work!

@@muzicmaxg9971 hi. Glad I could help. Make sure you put the spacer back in, I forgot to mention it but did put it in the comments. GT 5 speed can easily do 350+ hp. GT auto seems to like 300hp or less and came with 14lbs boost stock. I had Mario with MI Tuning put it about 18lbs with my bolt ons and stock turbo. As with any tune, substantial increased hp may need upgraded injectors, fuel pump and map sensor. I know you're having fun with that BWS. I blew my valves running on cheap gas from a no name gas station. I still have the engine and was just taking about using it on my '67 volvo 122s as rear wheel drive. My car only weighs 2,200 lbs so it would move nicely. Still deciding.

@@faraimazhandu3806 Is there no power at the pigtail under the car or at the trailer light itself? Is your van's left turn working?
