The PT cruiser is Just like Owning a Jaguar. GOod ENgine. Good manual transmission. EVERYTHING ELSE AROUND IT damn near falls apart! LOL! It even has LUCAS Prince of Darkness electrics. (Found this out about the Light/Turn signal Stalk back in 2004. (Love the FOG light issue) I plan on getting a Remaned swapped ECU hopefully that takes care of SOME of the Issues. Right now, I got the EGR codes. But I have also had codes for the 02 sensors not reading. I think its all down to the Computer. Maybe the o2 sensor is out. But who knows... One day the Fans work. One day, it says there is a Problem with them. Great.... Lulz... Hopefully I get the electrics sorted out soon. Would be nice to use my Headlight Stalk again to turn on the lights. And not Manually control the fan. Just today? Found out that the Bolt that tightens the Alternator is MISSING! WTF?!!! So Junkyard run, get a Bunch of Bolts and Fasteners, and hopefully, Get it all patched up. Right now? Only 2 codes popped up. P1490 and P1495. I'll try to tackle at least one of them tomorrow
