Sever falsehoods. Firstly, Stocks and bonds ARE taxed. Twice. Once when they are purchased by the purchaser. Once when they are sold by the seller. Whats more. You do not own them. They are not your property, they are the property of the corporation you are buying a stake in. Whats worse, their value fluctuates so rapidly that taxing them based on their current value at any point of time would be pointless. A, because all of their values would plummet during tax season by virtue of them becoming a liability. B, everyone with a single brain cell would sell them before tax season and pay the sales tax they owed anyways. Another lie is that they are owned by the rich. Nonsense. Everyones 401k or other retirement plants are stocks and bonds. You would solely be taxing retirees. Few of whome saved up enough for returement despite growing up in a time where two years of minimum wage work should have paid for their retirement if invested. But thats just boomer retardation for you. And if all of that wasnt dishonest enough for you, the lie of insinuation that fining you for your god given right to property, of which you shall not be deprived without due process of law, us at all moral or constitutional. That home and land belongs to you. Period. You owe no nation, state or municipality rent to continue using it. It is yours. Instead of expanding property taxes to things for which is no bloody sense, leaving returees destitute and enriching billionaires, it ought to be done away with.

Capitalism and democracy are strange bedfellows. Capitalists care nothing about the dignity of the individual. It cares only about two things. The bottom line of the budget ( ie profit) and maintaining a supply of poverty-stricken workers to exploit. Democracy is the opposite of Capitalism. It values the individual and keeps in place rules and regulations that insure a fair distribution of this nations wealth. The employers he speaks of are almost all Republicans. They fooled us into thinking we could expect some of their profits to trickle down to us poor folks. That would be Reagan, who is credited with creating the billionaire class and destroying the middle class. Now it is up to the Capitalistic Republican party to save our democracy. Fat chance of that. Btw, Bernie Sander's Social Democracy cares about the individual because socialism cares about the working class. Wake up America. Russia has a more transparent policy of employment of migrants. I live next door to the airport. Its infrastructure is built by about 200 migrants. Because for the salary that the owner of the airport offers, locals do not go. Labor migrants are provided with a hostel, laundry and shower and three meals a day in the canteen. But the main thing is that they don't need to be paid any severance pay, pensions or medical benefits. That's the answer.
