Ultrons first appearance in this movie as the broken iron legion bot is SO GOOD, he’s cryptic and vague and sounds insane, and then after that he just becomes an evil Tony rip off. If his character stayed more consistent with his first appearance then I think he’d have been a much more memorable villain and take on Ultron in general.
