I ran 641's here in Alaska and we had a quad pushing us. Man that thing was powerful, especially in a curve.
@Pals77759 минут бұрын
Those old hard neck 641's had a can capacity of 28 cu yards and I swear we'd have all of that + 3-4 yards boiling out on the stinger in less than 5 seconds. An engineer would stand up on a bank in the cut with a stop watch to make sure of it. 😅😅😅

Bad idea unless the ground is perfectly flat and stable
@JM-lk6wo4 сағат бұрын
The same would be true of a tracked excavator, although this design might be slightly less stable than tracks.
@badlanz8642Сағат бұрын
@@JM-lk6wo the ground pressure of that thing would be threw the roof not to mention it would be susceptible to sliding… go to construction site. Tell me how many of these you see.

Germany doesn't get enough sun for solar power, wind isn't strong enough. Russian hydrocarbon isn't dependable. Its coal or nuclear power!

Your a bad operator if you get the Volvo stuck in the mud so many options to lock the differential up all the way down the line The CAT very powerful but not alot of noise unlike the KOMATSU that sounds like a fire breathing V8 with the Turbo whistle, Come down to cost as a Business owner the BELL is a great truck

Back in 2003 i worked in a underground coal mine that was 12 miles straight back under the mountain in Eastern Kentucky, it took about an hour to get to the working face, we rode on a pair of battery man trips that rode on rail.
