I would love a top of games like Karlson or like superhot, superhot is unique because of the amazing slow mo and bullet time mechanics and karlson has a very good parkour that makes it all feel good even if you are bad at the game

I’ve done a video about Karlson rip offs on itchio. I love superhot too. Might be hard to find free games with similar mechanics to either of those games though. I have covered a bunch of first person games though

@@Keenangraz Yeah but the games you showed on the karlson video are kinda like only have one of the mechanics of Karlson, i would like like more parkour based games if you can recommend me some, and yeah, superhot is very cool, i guess it may be hard but there's nothing that makes you feel so amazing like the bullet time in superhot

I personally liked portal reloaded more since I really enjoyed the time portal aspect of it. The puzzles were also more challenging which I liked

I haven’t covered it in a video but there’s one called EGGNOGG+ where you play against someone using the same keyboard. It plays like nidhogg if you know what that is.

I wouldn't say so. It may be good for the newcomers but it really was a letdown in puzzle quality for the experienced players. Having cube respawning, aswell as cube swapping introduced in the first chapter only for both never to be used again, no other "advanced moves" getting used. the puzzle difficulty gradually got easier the longer the game went on atleast in my eyes. The last puzzle didn't even need the shrodingers cube to be solved you could have just used a regular cube. The ending is also pretty meh. I don't like how the went to this whole sterling is a vacuum cleaner haha funny plot. It took the seriousness of what he tried to achieve and the ending was also pretty dissapointing in my eyes. It's still a good 7/10 for me though.

I feel like this shouldnt be rated this low, imo it actually trades places with mel. Mel having a better story, but the mapping and puzzle design being way better for revolution in my opinion. Strata Source (this engine) also really pushed up the quality of this mod too, with less loading times and better graphics. I'd also like to point out that a lot of the better graphics were actually made by the revo team themself, as an addition to strata.

I loved Mel’s story. That’s the main reason I rate it so highly. Revolution is for sure the best looking portal game
