Hello ! I'm from northern Alabama Are you still vegan? I have a question I have non -diabetic gastroparesis. I can't eat the high fiber that are in beans and so many vegetables. Can you please help? I was eating raw plantbased before the gastroparesis came about.I still don't eat meat just juices from melons,ect.I'm allergic to nuts .I walk everyday 3 miles a day everyday for a year and a half.I weigh a 100lbs.

I have never have a problem with iron , after a year or so of being vegan 🌱, I’m anemic, the first thing the Dr said “are eating enough red meat 🥩 “ …. I feel horrible, dizzy all the time , I don’t know what to do .

Oh love pumpkin seeds too. I eat 1/4 cup of them a day, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 3 table spoons of hemp seeds then 14 almonds

I love hemp seeds too. I buy Manitoba harvest hemp hearts ones also. How many tablespoons do you eat in a day? I'm always worried about eating too much of the same thing. I do 3 tablespoons a day now. I'd like to double that but idk if that's too much in a day or not. I need more calories in my diet too

After checking Cronometer, I noted that you need to distinguish hulled or unhulled hemp seeds. While hemp seeds are high in iron, omega-3, and in fiber, hemp seeds are high in protein and in phosphorus. The oxalate content is small for small portions of hemp seeds.

Don't eat iron rich foods together with fruits or berries because they contain tannins, which will block the resorption of iron.

I am in that situation where I have my degree in nutrition and I have worked nothing but dead end jobs. I was not accepted into an internship and I am just so discouraged to do anything in nutrition. I have thought of just getting a certificate in nutrition coaching and coach people on my own. I dont know the legality of this.. I just feel so dissapointed. My parents are disappointed. It really sucks.
