Hey Alex, please do more of these vlogs! So interesting to see the training, nutrition and recovery instead of the racing. Also congrats on the retirement and the fantastic career, very inspiring 💪🏻

I rode that sand track at Club MX on their open ride weekend. It whooped my ass!! It wasn't even fun. Mind blowing how good you guys are. We're gonna miss watching you race next year.

Hy Alex, I wait your video every week, and you make me smile every week. I read about your retirement, and I'm sorry. I hope that you remain in the motocross circus, maybe with some Mx training or something like that. I hope that you come one time in Italy, maybe for some riding at Dorno Mx track, I'm really glad to meet you. Congrats for your great career and the great work over the years, keep pushing for the rest of the season anyway. Cheers

Wow going to miss Alex Martin (troll train) on the track. Yelling at you to pass the next rider from the side of the track or from my coach, not that you could hear me. Please keep the vlogs coming so we know your doing alright and in joy your retirement. Keep riding 👍

Alex, that chicken dish looked bomb! So it’s chicken, red cabbage, cilantro, rice, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar? I’m gonna have to try that! Looks like the perfect lite lunch. Just what I need when I’m at work. Hate coming back from eating a big lunch and I feel like I’m a bear who just got shot in the ass with a tranquilizer dart! Anyway congrats on the retirement! Been a fan forever! Gonna be bummed you won’t be out there next year, but you’ve had a great career! You can go out with your head high! Hope you stick around the sport, team manager maybe, fitness coach, riding coach. Dig the troll train vlogs, nice to see midweek stuff too.

Respect Alex ✊ I would like to know why you feel high fat was better for you / even somewhat optimal for performance on the bike? We see what happens when HR goes past 75-80% on fuel utilization. Even if you had a huge fat max and oxidized fats at much higher intensities compared to average athlete, it is carb dominant. Even for post 30 min moto, glycogen replenishment is huge not just for the day but also day to day training and adaptation. Your warm up likely depleted some liver glycogen too. Just a question 👍
