I am having same issue. Idc about watching it live, but i paid big money to have a DVR or HDD (whatever you call it) box. So my camera would record to my DVR BOX itself. A few years back they wrote a new firmware to make it stop recording to the box itself ;( Well i pulled it back out and hook it up again and guess what it started recording again. But i didn't realize they changed my selection for auto auto updates (after I went in and unselected the second it was working again), so it stopped recording again. Its BS really and complete nonsense that a company can sell a product with a DVR device and then make that box stop working. I paid almost $1000 on this set and only used it for a year total. When i purchased it, i did it with the intentions of having my own physical recording device, since i never planned on using the app anyways. This company is very shady and I would NEVER recommend anyone wasting their money on this brand. It's just a way for them to make more money. As they offered to sell me a whole new box and we'll discount it. No that's not a discount, it's robbery. I am going to unplug it again and redo process again. But this time I will record the device working and playing videos back and then I may just take this to court. Bc clearly the box still works and onky time it stops is when they force their firmware through it. This is not acceptable at all.

i hate this system, my audio stopped working, i bought a new wire and it worked, so i drilled a new hole for a new wire. had to disconnect it for a second and didnt work. bought a new power supply and a new mic and audio still dont work. i dunno if theres a soundboard inside or something

Thank you for your videos, they are very helpful. Is this for a two-way conversation? Does it require an additional cable for audio in addition to the installed one BNC + power? Does it record the conversation?

No its not two way intercom But it dose video and audio recording, but you do not need addition cables for audio. video, audio and power run in the BNC cable.

Thank you :) If I understand well, the cameras are connected to the NVR's wifi (and it doesn't use the quality wifi of the routeur whatever it's wifi6). The connection between the NVR and the routeur it's to have access to the cams to preview on software/app or the gateway ip (on browser). I have a question, the cameras have ethernet port, I would like to test with a cable, but the NVR module has only one ethernet port (used to connect to routeur) , Do I have to buy a switch with 9 ethernet ports (I connect the 8 cameras + internet routeur to the NVR ethernet port) I guess i can't plug it on the routeur .. Do you think we can change the antenna for more power ?

1) yes the camera has network port. 2) yes if your going to use cable, use a network switch 10 port 8 for camera 1 for the NVR and 1 for the internet

hi ive just bought the Annke FCD600 and im trying to connect it to my annke vision app as i already have C800 camera ive got the FCD600 connected via POE and i input the camera serial no and it's added the camera then you go to input device password 8-16 characters i tried putting a random 16 digit number then it asks for 8-16 verification password i tried using the same as my other camera or even a different one but it just keeps saying device password incorrect i have no idea what the device password is i can't find anything on the camera or the manual or the box i don't suppose you can help please

If the annke app is not sharing.. let your wife just download the app on her phone and use the same username and password that you used to login on the app on your phone, use the same account on her phone, you can use the same account on 5 different phone at the same time

Hey my system when it catches an event it'll record for about 30 seconds before the trigger happens... Then for 10 1/2 minutes afterwards. I don't want it to capture that much time because I have to watch for a whole 11 minutes... Thank you.

Ive just recieved the same DVR but it said it has sound in the annke advert apparently the cameras have microphones, after inspecting the PO1 cameras and the contents of the bo there is no evidence that sound is transmitted from the cameras that have microphones down a BNC connector to the DVR so I have raised a support question and asked how the sound gets from the cameras with microphones to the DVR, if they cannot answer its being returned. Thwere is no microphone/microphones supplied in the box.

you have to buy the microphone separately, the mic is plug in the red RCA connection that the back of the DVR.

Hello, I bought an 8-channel Annke NVR on Amazon model WS300 that comes with 4 I71GK cameras from the factory. It turns out that I have 4 annke cameras of the same model I71GK and I want to install the 8 cameras wirelessly in my new NVR but the NVR only wirelessly detects the 4 cameras that came in the kit and not the additional 4 that I had in my can. How can I add the 4 additional cameras to the nvr if the Annke Sight app doesn't detect them and the nvr doesn't detect them either? The cameras are operational and work perfectly but wired connected to the modem that feeds the NVR... they do not connect to the nvr wirelessly... how do I make the 8 remain wireless?

you have to plug the camera at the back of the NVR by using the network cable... then the NVR will detect it then you can add the camera

the majority of the video is babbling and basically instruction on what not to do. A simple step by step instruction video would have been more useful. It's like writing an entire book about turning a page.
