i had a technician set up anke cameras for my business. He put it on my phone. But he disappear. I want to change my phone but i can’t bc i will lose my cameras. Also i don’t want to disconnect it from the PC connected to DVR

HI good day.... the same Annke vision app account you have on the old phone, you can use it on the new phone, just install the app on the new phone and login all the camera will be on you new phone, no need to sign up.

going the DVR configuration, user at the top you will see Password resetting Email click that and type in your DVR password to confirm permission
