Ok I don't wanna sound crazy but like, the only times anything bad happened to my car (small bumps, scratches, even a broken rear window) I was listening to a track from the Bedlam in Goliath

It wasn't this album, but rather their song Tetragrammaton that really messed me up. I feel like that song cursed me in a weird way. I'm a man of science and skepticism, but that song really tipped a domino in my head and I suffered about 18 months of severe anxiety and depression, required some medication, and ever since then I have feared that song. I'm through the other side now and have been good for a long while, but that was an insane experience. Do not recommend.

I'm doing some research for a blog post I'm writing on Beyonce's Cowboy Carter and after watching this video, I just have to link to it on my post. I have to say, the way you discuss these topics of race, gender, and sexuality in country music is both informative and entertaining! Immediately subscribed.

This reason is one of the reasons I don't fuck with ouija boards. It's the album that got me into The Mars Volta, my favorite band and the only "professional" concert I've ever been to, and I look up to it as a fantastic "easier to consume" TMV album. My 3 favorites in order are Frances, De-loused and Bedlam :) They're back now btw.

Santería like Brujería (one purports to be whiter magic than the latter, which is utter bs. Its all divination and messing with really effed up entities) they are used by all of the carribean islands, especially Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Haiti. All i know is that none of it is to be messed with. As a staunch atheist, I witnessed first hand the evil that is not if this reality. And of course there are the many srazy stories we grow up hearing about when anyone in a carribean family practices this witchcraft. One specific time I had been brought or yanked out of my body, it was something that happened so frequently I remember making myself never go back to sleep again. My moms idea to fix this? She took me to a "Botanica", a witchcraft store. I was instructed to eat the leaves of a plant. Still, these evil entities plagued me in every aspect. I was just 13. Later, I was 15 and yanked from my body as I stated earlier, for the umpteenth time. And I screamed something that my mother had told me about years earlier. She had told me to say " I rebuke you in Jesus name". I did not believe in Jesus, wasnt raised with religion at all. But this phrase came to mind and i screamed it though my words couldn't be heard, and It took a literal fraction of a second, from saying I rebuke You In Jesus name, and suddenly I was thrown to my bed with such force (which didn't make sense as I was already lying down) and I awoken with the end of the name Jesus being actually screamed out, in real life.. It took years for me to finally learn the truth about Him and give my life to Him, but this was the first time that the most terrifying wicked beings showed their fragility and weakness when up against their own, our own Creator. I rebuke you in Jesus name is one of if not the most powerful saying there is. I hope that whoever needed that information comes across this and that they use it in any spiritual or supernatural crisis or battle or attack. It doesn't matter what you believe in, there is actual tangible power in Jesus name. I see that you cover dark topics, I am just the messenger. I think you were meant to know this or be reminded of it today. I pray that I've passed on this crucial information in the least confusing way possible, in the powerful name of Yeshua, Amen

Holly shit ,good hard fast rhythms that are generated from within the tune itself so technical to where we go cause that's why music is written in latrine there bucket loads I'd like to talk to someone about this musics history it could be everything init is ecals light and dark love and hate . Ect mm wow shit is this why things are difficult that used to be easy for me I thought it had hard mirror welding. That's hard stuff in sitsu . Out in the field. Very weird I thought I just gave it another spin Jason balisha please forgive me for miss pronounced name . This guys great drummer so I've adapted to it and I thought it be hard it's speed that's unreal to play with. You imagine we got all that power and heavy amplification ❤ lots of rssts and short notes, I think, odd timing as well . Underneath it self seems to be what I call a drift is generated from like its by product another time feel Is generated when it's played like this . Wow I thought there's something to music like this . Super cell dragon fly there's a drift generated in my head I can feel wild ride it takes us on.

Santería is a very interesting topic, I am learning witchcraft and have started recently, but Santería has been almost everywhere in my life. I live in México, and the origins of Santería and the Santeros trace back to colonies of Voodoo practicioners being forcefully taken to some Latin American countries and being forced to praise abrahamic God, so they basically changed the names of their deities into what we now know as Santos, and go to churches to to praise these Santos, under the nose of Spanish conquistadors

I was under the impression they dissolved because the guitarist writes music at a non human rate and that the singer literally couldn't keep up in being able to write meaningful lyrical contents, like 20 songs written on guitar in a week and lyrics for one and then 20 more songs would show up the following week.

I love this band, Cedric and Omar are some of my favorite musicians, they're from my home state, I have strong family ties to El Paso, BUT the "protection" put into this album is exclusively protection FOR THE BAND, NOT THE LISTENER. THEY DIVERTED A CURSE AWAY FROM THEMSELVES, AND ONTO WHOMEVER CHOOSES TO LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM. It doesn't matter whether you believe in anything or not, the effects will still occur, because by playing this album, you are effectively inviting something that you do not understand into your life. Yes, it is strange and fascinating, but "Dark Magick" is not something to be played with. Only investigate with someone who is an adept in navigating these affairs, who, MOST IMPORTANTLY, KNOWS HOW TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A CONTAINER AND ADEQUATE PROTECTION FOR ALL PARTIES.

If you look deeper into the vinyl when you open the vinyl the inside is a full on normal ouija board and the vinyl have this third vinyl called Mr Muggs that’s only on vinyl the 3rd vinyl is just that song only and it’s the same song on both sides but with the original pressings the vinyl was a picture disk of the centerpiece of an ouija board so if you really wanted to you could actually use the vinyl and the jacket as a ouija board if you dared to even do that

6:01 they actually broke the board into 7 pieces had 7 different people travel to 7 different places far apart wrapped the pieces in cloth and buried them with 7 different religious icons ate at burial of each piece so Goliath and any other spirit wouldn’t mess with them cuz 7 different religious icons was protecting them and the board from evil

So much work but unfortunately some huge errors in timelines and descriptions ie// Bernadette Peters was not in Witches, Jack Nicholson was not a witch , etc. As you do more I hope you find your voice and your words rather than repeating verbatim exactly as the subject of your report has stated in interviews or seen in print. Your take on reason and meaning behind Dark Lady and Believe and Cher's relationship to Sonny is not factual, it's just your reading into events to connect dots to reflect Cher's life.... but if you learned nothing Cher has never been that contrived by showcasing her personal life through her music or the lyrics with the exception of not.commercial.

Deleted my earlier comment from a few months ago because I had my doubts if it’s going put unwanted pressure to these guys, but screw it. People had the right to know; this is but a small part of a much bigger issue that most of us only about to witness to gradually reveal itself. 1. Omar & Cedric are “conduits”. As a relay system, one is the emitter & the other is the broadcaster. They’re not the only artists being afflicted with such fate. Far from it. 2. It is suspected that the real origin of whatever misfortunes that befell them during Bedlam in Goliath period, latches upon them from waaaay back. Even before TMV existed. Ouija board simply made it worse & amplifying the spread of hitchhiker effects (look up the term) to other people. 3. The many group/type of entities which “speak” through them are most certainly in deep animosity towards each other. But overall, they seem hostile to the human species in general (they’re not necessarily evil/malevolent though). With this in mind it started to make sense why Cedric tried to join the Church of Scientology in addition to help him kicking his weed habit. 4. You guys are worrying for the wrong album if high strangenesses are of concern to you. It was AMPUTECHTURE instead. Bedlam had protective measures & more creative tampering to dilute its actual messages/content. With Amp, Cedric admitted that he was, figuratively speaking, “on vacation” when transcribing the lyrics. Their creative deliberation interfered much much less with this album. Look at Blake Fleming’s on drums in their Henry Rollins’ Show performance of Tetragrammaton. That’s a man effectively being possessed. 5. NEVER SING/DEEPLY CONTEMPLATING THE LYRICS OF ASILOS MAGDALENA WHILE WATCHING THE STARS ETC. UNLESS INITIATING CE5 TO NEFARIOUS ENTITIES SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA TO YOU. 6. Bonus: look up the blog site fringethink(dot)com. I’m not in anyway able to vouch their message nor implying that they’re the real owner of the diary which the band found & inspired Frances the Mute; but the parallel is obvious. Possible that there’s a LOT of other Cygnus out there whose voices we need to hear. That is all. Stay safe everyone.

I remember when this album came out… it was so shrouded in intrigue, fear and excitement… to this day the only album I’ve bought on cd, the ouija usb files and about 2 digital albums to get all the songs! Incredible album!! Was actually pretty scared to listen but once I read there was protection in it, was then truly able to fully enjoy it! Great video btw!
@dpclerks09
@dpclerks09 5 ай бұрын
I'm pretty sure the "protection" that they put into the album was for THEM, not the listener. From what I've read, it seems like they somehow "trapped" the curse within the album, and when the listener experiences the album, they are the lucky ones to receive that "gift". They basically deflected a curse away from themselves, which they brought upon themselves by playing with something they probably shouldn't have, and onto their fans.
