i enJOYed the pace and simple info during the practice. i am not sure if there was a purpose with the constant distractions, even with observers in the background making faces which i found harder to concentration since i have my own distractions in my home. for me; it would be a much better practice if i could focus on soley on the instructor.

I had to put my cat to sleep yesterday...it was a super hunter's moon, very large and bright. I delighted in the tiger walk and stretch, and holding the moon in this exercise sequence. Helped me to work through the seasonal grief of fall and the relational grief of separation.

You mentioned when resting hands on lower belly: Women left hand on top of the right hand and Man right hand on top of the left hand, is that correct?
