@@MimiKuoDeemer I certainly liked this sequence as well as the others you offered to readers and viewers. I read your book Qi Gong and Tai Chi Axís with great interest and I do the exercises in the best possible way. I am 89 years old and I can perform almost all movements but it is difficult and tiring for me to stand for a long time. Can I get some suggestions from you? Maybe sitting in a chair could have the same effects? One more questions. Can you recommend other scientific texts on the heart-mind-gut connection and in particular on the relationship between the practice of Qi Gong and heart health? Thanks!!!

Thank you very much for this! As a beginner I have a question regarding the five elements practices: what happens if I practice a certain element practice in the 'wrong' season? For example: practicing the fire element in winter. Is it harmful? Thank you for all you are doing!

It is not a problem to practice the elemental practices in the 'wrong' season. We have all the elements and seasons in us cycling round moment to moment and day to day. There can be the summer of the day and the winter of the month! SO you can use the practices in different ways to find balance.

hi Mimi, thank you for your gifts to YT and just everywhere. Your qigong practices have been my go-to for years, coping with low energy/disability and depression! I was wondering if there are any practices that are useful, especially for overcoming trauma. I've found this one helped lessen burdens I was carrying on my heart(fire), so I'm sooo grateful this arrived at this time!

So glad you like them and have found the videos helpful. All practices are probably good for releasing and discharging trauma, but it's different for each person. Shaking and clearing practices are always good! I'd also try a variety of practices and see what works.
