@@MimiKuoDeemer I certainly liked this sequence as well as the others you offered to readers and viewers. I read your book Qi Gong and Tai Chi Axís with great interest and I do the exercises in the best possible way. I am 89 years old and I can perform almost all movements but it is difficult and tiring for me to stand for a long time. Can I get some suggestions from you? Maybe sitting in a chair could have the same effects? One more questions. Can you recommend other scientific texts on the heart-mind-gut connection and in particular on the relationship between the practice of Qi Gong and heart health? Thanks!!!

I started the meditation feeling anxious and worried. My mind abuz with thoughts. Fire blazing! By the end, my heart and mind were together and quiet. Clouds separated and clouds parted. My heart could feel the light of the sun.

I have a suggestion to enhance the effects while doing your movement. Could you suggest what mindful image thoughts during movement or what area do you focus on during the movement and changes during movement. What mindful image you hold during the movement act is self to direct breath energy flow into the focus. of purpose. Spirit has to be directed so the internal force can be stronger for mind can be distracted and energy flow out than into the thoughts . The movement is good the mind state I think need little clarity to shape and direct energy flow with each breath. Good practice movement but my view of mind image during movement base on purpose. The word joy are ends but the internal focus sensation you create. Keep up the good work. Your balance issue is a Myofascial issue for you need it to released and range of motion can be increased. Nice work.

I practiced qi gong 5 years ago. I did this about 1 year , after 3 months I got to emite light in a led wich had contact with my body and a pipe buried in the ground. It happend only in the place I was training.
