This one just felt right to start my journey again, and i actually started crying during the video as I felt my qi begin to open and flow. I realize I need to work on forgiving myself for many things, but I am so so grateful for you putting this together to be so healing! Thank you

I found your vids months ago.....then I lost track of them....haven't seen your vids for a long time...Now, I am SO happy to once again find your vids again.... right at a time when I really need them...I am having a hard time now, again, with intense, lous, painful ringing in my ears, "tinnitus"... from exposure to extremely loud noise..... I first got it, many years ago, with guns....fired right near me..Now, years later, loud music my friend was playing the other day, on his electric guitar, has once again, caused that ringing to return, and to be worse than ever..very hard to endure, the pain, of 24.7 ringing in the ears.....very hard to be calm, peaceful, when it literally sounds like a military jet is taking off inside my head 24.7.......I find my heart racing.....pounding...........very hard to sleep, too.... I know no "peace and quiet" anymore in my life.....it's over........So, now, I have to learn how to just live with the pain again, just like I did, so many years ago..to try to find a way to be "One" with it..I will be SO happy the day I "die", and go to the Spirit World......because I will be free of my body, free, of the extreme high pitched sound in my ears, that is torturing me, day and night.....In the meantime, I can do the Qigong you show, to get me through the pain....to help me "relax", a little, in the middle of the intense war zone in my head, in my inner ears.........Is there an excersize you can show, that addresses this particular problem? ..THANKS SO MUCH for posting your wonderful vids.....I LOVE YOU........

Thanks, Mimi. This was just what I needed today. I'd been practicing qigong on and off since the start of 2022. Then, I started practicing daily in September. I found your book and was inspired further, so came across your website and KZbin videos back in September or October. I've been doing your longer five element practices daily, but I needed something shorter today. I decided to stick with the seasons, so did this routine. It's excellent and I will be adding it to my 45 minutes when possible, or when instead of when I'm short of time. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and experience with us all. Take care, Mark
@MrDnyce805 жыл бұрын
Thank you Mimi so much. I've been looking for someone to explain to me, what this energy I was receiving. I stumbled upon Qigong because I would do similar movements, without ever being shown what I was doing. While I was practiceone day, a older woman from Taiwan explained it was Qigong. When I found your video, I was overjoyed. I now watch all your videos and have gradually strengthened my core and healing my body. I also gained patience and freedom from judgement. Someone actually called the police on me, when I was exercising in my neighborhood park. Thankfully the cop was familiar with tea cup and actually showed me some of his moves. Thanks again for sharing this beneficial and sacred form of self awareness and healing.

You are the best one on youtube by far, at least for me, for the following reasons: 1. No music, you let us be with our bodies without distraction and noise 2. You let us mirror you which makes it so much easier to follow 3. You don't go fast 3. You pick great movements that feel good and effective instantly 4. You explain well with additional helpful imagery without talking too much and being distracting.

good to find this ... i have had kidney issues for decades, stones and then a cancer and now an extophytic cyst. qi gong for kidneys helped me with the pain from stones. I have been practicing this one for several weeks. . I do have a comment about pushing the waves. It seems to me that I feel like the 'wave' is the internal energy generated by the motion not some external ocean 'wave.' It just rolls through the body and limbs in palpable 'waves.' Just my sense of this particular movement in the exercise. Again, thanks for posting this

Dear Mimi, I thank you for your willingness to share these Qigong breathing exercises with all of us. I have followed your eight brocades practice, the Five Elements practice, and the Water and Fire Element practice several times. I enjoy your relaxed and gentle way of teaching. I am learning more about Qigong and its principles every day. Thank you for explaining how the forms relate to our energy, meridians, and organs. Thank you again for sharing from your wisdom.

I came to do my morning yoga practice. Your channel has been popping up lately. In years gone by I'd taken a Tai Chi course but haven't practiced in years. This Qigong was a lovely change and much needed in these turbulent times of 2022. I will return. 🙏

so very good to see the movements demonstrated and explained . Even those of us unable to do all the movements we can follow with heart and mind. Energy follows thought. Thank you for showing and giving.
