Thank you, Steve! The old Hart-Parr is in great shape for the shape she's in! I still need to talk the Mrs. into doing a history vid on it but she hates to be on camera... even just her voice lol. She has several old pics of the tractor, some of which it's in its 'work clothes' before they replaced the fenders & repainted it 30+ years ago. Happy New Year my friend!
@buzzsah5 күн бұрын
Good-looking fur-kids. How many do you have? Thanks for reminding to start the tractor, is been about 3 weeks. I hear you and feel for your loss . A few years back we lost 3 old timers, the good was the Vet came to our home to do his thing. I still think of them. We still have 5, but they are aging, 2 years to 16. Nice old tractor, I'd like to own one but haven't the time to maintain it. LOL, just like our baby, chews on everything. lol Good seeing you again. HNY

Thank you, buddy! We're currently at 9...+ some other odds & ends critters lol. Sounds like insanity to most folks, but we have no kids, so they're family for us. Good vets are getting hard to find I fear... we had a wonderful Dr. at our local vet, but sadly (or happily for her, perhaps) she has decided to retire & sell her office. Hopefully the incoming Doc and staff are comparable... because she is/was top-notch for sure. The old girl we lost this past spring was a drop off at work, we only had her around 8 months but she really got to me. Some just do... Happy New Year!

@erikfigueroa6390 I drove my truck for a week and a half like this, only minor issue while driving. Irratic idle and random jerky throttle response were noticeable. My truck is a stick shift - I'd imagine it would be worse with an auto.

Nice! I’ve got an 18-36. It’s been a while but I recall my primer cups were opening too and all it took was a little careful tweak of the lid to cause the to click over and lock closed. Check the springs too but they have a little detent on the lid as well that gets worn.

@oldchevy4x43 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, no I don't have any information for you. There is a #16 that is made very similar that used to be referred to as the 'Prison Skillet' made in Eddyville, KY. However general opinion has changed to them being cmade by Southern Casting out of Nashville, TN. That comes from an online photo of what appears to be the only marked #16 skillet. Since nobody has come forward with that skillet, dimensions can't be checked... so there is still some skepticism out there.

Anti-evap fuel cap on a Mule. Whats the world coming to.
@oldchevy4x44 ай бұрын
We're saving the environment 1 Mule at a time LOL
@jankotze19594 ай бұрын
That sounds very strange Danny, I had the same problem on my weed eater but it was even worse, the cap vent was blocked and it will start when cold but die after 3 minutes and will not start again until you let it sit for a long while, I cleaned the carb many many times with no luck until I open the cap and hear it such air into the tank, after addressing the blockage all problems disappear apart from it needs a tune which I corrected with special tools I received from Matt The Scrap Whisperer, a KZbin friend.
@oldchevy4x44 ай бұрын
They need to be able to breathe for sure. As fuel comes out of the tank air must go in, which this allows for. However as fuel vapors expand this was not allowing them to escape. The pressure finds its own way out.

Best thing you can do with a Kawasaki mule is get rid of it. Had much better luck with our Honda pioneer. Got near 4000mi on the pioneer, starts right up when it’s -10, starts right up when it’s 100° better transmission, rides better, and has been more trouble free than our 3010 mule. In fact zero trouble from the pioneer.
