Idk but in my eye will be more cool if you gave the same Mewtwo total stats that is 590 in gen 1 and the distribution of those stats to be more arcanine style. Gen 1 Arcanine stats are HP 90 , ATK 110 , DEF 80 , SPECIAL 80 , SPE 95 so to make it have mewtwo total base stats I will raise Arca stats like this HP 95(+5) , ATK 123(+13) , DEF 85(+5) , SPECIAL 85(+5) , SPEED 102(+7) .. this way the stats are legendary and the Distribution is more Arcanine like :D :D

Honestly it's not even the typing that's the issue it's the movepool. Dig helps, but I think it's lacking either thunderbolt or rock slide to really pop off. I think any one of these would be sufficient to cover the things it struggles to hit (thunderbolt probably better but I'd wageer rock slide is enough)
