I am a 67 years old amateur power lifter and fitness trainer I have been working out for over 50 years. I weigh 80 kilos I eat in moderation I have no interest to have big muscles. I do have a nice muscular body for my age and I'm healthy. Overeating is not healthy for your kidneys, heart, and liver.

"you gotta eat smaller, more frequent meals" if he ate every 3 hours, assuming he was awake for 16 hours and slept 8 hours, that's 5-6 meals a day. To get 1000g of carbs and 300-400g of protein in he needs 50-60g of protein and ~200g of carbs per meal. i can't wait to be so big i can call that "smaller, more frequent meals"

Eat this way day by day on daily basis, natural and without roids PLUS HGH and you will see your Insulin Sensitivity and Fat boy percentage going to the roof. Even today for getting low BF pluse the type of athletic bodybuilding body, what 70s athletes did was living proof about the correctnes of the high fat high protein diet

I have always made my best gains with a moderately heavy weight and high reps. Idk maybe that's just me. Doing super heavy weight with low reps doesn't build much quality sixe for me.

Travel with a hot plate and get your ass to the grocery store and cook your own shit in your room. Restaurants cook for flavor not for bodybuilders, if you’re gonna eat out expect a little more salt and butter, and as if it’s really going to throw your whole diet off.

Hasn't he heard of soup, soup and stew? His diet is not healthy at all. So much meat every day does a lot of harm to the body. A ton of muscle and a gram of brain. I'd rather be lean and healthy. Muscle mass is full of chemicals. His muscles are not obtained from work and physical effort.

I've used egg whites instead of water in my protein shakes and I've doubled my size in muscle in 3 months 🙏🏽💪 as before I was using water and I wasn't seeing results..I works just as hard in the gym...So yeah egg whites have really helped me grow 💪
