Suprisingly I dont hear many fitness you tubers talking about good carbs vs bad carbs...i absolutely believe we need to take in carbs but really limit the simple carbs

I'm insulin resistant unfortunately so I have to carb cycle at a minimum or I retain too much fat in the love handles

insulin resistance is from fat blocking the path for sugar, not the other way around
