Yo be fair there are goose eggs out there that the locating pins are on the exahust side. I have a kdx 175 , and the locating pins are actually on the exahust side, and I hate it, I thinks it's dumb

Steel sleeve bore, spray with penetrating oil before soap and after soap and water wash. Wipe excess and oil the bore. Thats my procedure. I would seal it up and keep it away from moisture unless you install right away.

My '06 CRF450R is white plastics on black tank, black rims, black handlebars and seat, with red ODI lock-on grips, and red radiator and carb vent hoses. (Whoa run-on sentence stuck in comma hell!).
