Every video you boys nail it !!!!! I would have watched it sunday but I was busy out riding/breaking in the Beta 300RX now that the weather has broke !!! I had a 2001 CR 250 year ago and it had Mike LaRacoo's practice engine in it !!! He was sponsored by ams-oil which is a block from where I work and my buddys wife wrote the check for his team !!! I got to ride with the Rock at Milville ( ok maybe not rode with him but was on the track with him LOL ) it was amazing watching him up and down the massive hills there - love to find another 01 250 someday !!!! MAXIMA MAXIMA - Dogger help out Uncle Tony , Charles , and skillshack please !!!! Awesome video guys - simply the best !!!!!! BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAP smell it !!! Long live Iron Maiden 🤘

Mike! Oh you Betcha!! We appreciate the words pal. Fun fact, La Rocket was one of my all time favorite riders. Something about him on the ‘97 Suzuki and his dad bending the Subby back on the Kawi hooked me.

Hello! My bike! lol. I had an 81’ CR250 R in 82. It was the first liquid cooled bike Honda produced. It was a project to keep running, but it was fast!

Shouldn't that piston have holes drilled at the exhaust bridge for lubrication ? Most other Japanese 2T bikes have those?
@MXSkillShack6 ай бұрын
Could be why this exhaust bridge & ring had a bad failure in that exact location.

Do you guys have any plans to do wheel building videos? I tried building a wheel and it drove me nuts...well, more nuts than I already am!!!
@MXSkillShack7 ай бұрын
In two weeks! It’s halfway filmed. Started with complete ruined wheels, broken down, new coatings, bearing removal and install, all of it.

Do you have a link or a specific name for those towers you use to store the motor parts ? And are they on wheels ?
@MXSkillShack7 ай бұрын
No links, but you should be able to find stuff like this at kitchen supply stores? They are bread racks. Maybe even Facebook marketplace! Feel free to shoot us an email so we can ask Tony as he already had those when we moved into the space. -Charles // MXSS

Is that a transmission stainless work table with the stainless back panel, all one piece?
@MXSkillShack7 ай бұрын
The lower piece is a commercial kitchen table with a sink in it (used for draining forks and shocks now) and the stuff on the wall is called “Wall Control”. Feel free to shoot us an email using the text box at the bottom of our website and and we can shoot you a link to where we purchased from. It worked out perfectly on that back wall to tie in with the backsplash on the engine bench

It does allows us some better talking points through the process of the builds though. WHAAAAATTTTT! That’s great to hear! We appreciate the opportunity to serve and care for your engine! Could you reach out to us via email on the site so we can plan accordingly? Lastly, If you haven’t make sure you sign up at www.mxskillshack.com and tell your friends!
