I changed the blue belt and it’s making screeching noise.. any ideas?

The color is "Chartreuse", pretty unique. On their website it says, "If it’s not ZillaGreen, it’s not Flexzilla". Since you mentioned dirty floor/ greasy hands....I wonder how easy the hose is to clean?

These should have a regular box on one end and a ratchet on the other end. Breaking bolts loose with ratchet wrenches will break them.

Is the rear pulley for that belt supposed to have any play when the belt is off ? Mine does

With the blower installed on the chute you could cut grass in the rain.

kohler would not be my first choice for engines. 1) Kawasaki 2) briggs 3) kohler honda would be number 1 if they offered it.

Good mower. The belts I have a major issue with. Have replaced this belt several times. Toro needs to have videos explaining the belt tensioning process and how to achieve this. Just replace the third blade drive belt in two months. Spent 900 for this mower and seriously regret it. I do not recommend this mower due to the belt issues

Good video thanks for posting it. Helpful. I see you have some new engine mount screws. I am thinking your originals loosened up on you? I had that problem. It seems to be a problem with the TimeMaster mower. I didn't lose the bolts thankfully but they were very loose. If people read the comments about replacing belts you may benefit from check the engine bolts and tightening as needed. These screws screw into tapped bores in the mower deck so be careful about over tightening. I used loctite on the threads and 200 in lbs for engine flange tapped screws to frame.

I just sold my stander 36i, and threw it in to sweeten the deal. Instantly regretted it. Now I have to buy another one for my new ZK ☹️

Hello and thank you for this video, 60 hours for a belt is really very little. There are adaptable belts that last a really long time. Have a good day

I have the jumbo Accelerator bag for my Scag Tiger Cat 2. 52". Yes, its expensive, but it will literally vacuum the yard. When using it for leaves I chop, chop, chop, then bag. It fills quickly. Only downside is its super dusty as our poster said.

Can two of these be run simultaneously into a common hose? Do I just need check valves between them? They don't seem to like to start if there's any back pressure they have to work against.

I have a BX2380, bought in May 2022. I change the engine oil and filter every spring and fall. I also only use synthetic oil, especially during the winter months. It flows better and faster in the cold. I only have about 50 hours also. And my first oil filter replacement was also very tough. I tries 4 different oil filter wrench's before I got it. They defiantly put them on way too tight at the factory. I wonder why the dealers aren't telling them this.

You can use the "50" pumps position to grease a 5th wheel on a truck. I could have used this when I used to drive a truck. It beats 50 pumps with a hand pump grease gun. Good video, thanks.

Thanks for your video. I was able to do this and save a load of cash. I used a plastic lever that I bought from Amazon to undo clips and stuff which was really useful to get the lower belt off. I’m not a DIY guy so this gave me lots of confidence to do more. Thanks again.

Thank you... True story. I just Got my TimeMaster which came in brand new packaging (plastic and all)... After the first run (about 30 minutes), I noticed that the blades wasn't engaging... Then I watched a video which suggested I tighten the Spring under the cover. I did that. it worked for a bit butt then the blades disengaged and would not reengage the blades. Took off the cover then noticed the belt was black and had a lot of cracks (It look just as worn as the belt in this video), seriously. So I ordered a new belt and thanks to this video, replaced it. I tested the mower on a small patch so only time will tell if that corrected the problem.

I am a plumber ... Shit grinder I had 4 in 2 years on all of them the triger brock ( don't get me started on the shite m18 batteries over 10 died in 2 years)... Now Milwaukee says that they don't replace it anymore as I haven't registered the last replacement for warranty... I will sell all my 12 power tools Milwaukee and go back to makita (biggest mistake I ever did was moving from makita to Milwaukee DIYer tools )
