Superb range of mostly twisting and strengthening moves, and you look in amazing condition. I'll give myself a month or so to try and get to your amplitude on the dynamic moves and if all goes well I'll invest in the new flare course :)

At last one I can already do ! Really looks great Mic. I see you have used the minimum equipment (to replace the tree where as a child you would have learned everything) . I might buy the wedge for my home. Could you tell me the name of the manufacturer please and where to buy ?I hate buyng things which don't work and I love to train in privacy before having fun practicing with friends :)

I don't do it as beautifully as you of course........hence the wedge. As I am old, and don't have as clear spatial awareness whilst in motion as you do, I started several steps before what you show with my hip gently placed on a wall and rotating the arabesque shape as I circle my hands on the wall. If I am in a narrow corridor then place a hand on the other wall also. It is how I learned to do an Iron Cross as a child save I just climbed up and down fast. Every climbed a tree ? Cliffs are for goats.

Beautiful windmills, inspiring. Thanks for the really clear demonstration of the body position and leg momentum to make the roll onto the tricep safe in slow practice , I've been stuck on that for ages :) Nearly everything is some kind of cartwheel.

@nervouspowertricks если есть правильная техника можно делать делас/флай для тренировки этого элемента. Упражнения в данном видео направлены для улучшения амплитуды и резкости махов, проработки кора и стабилизаторов плеч для облегчения переноса веса тела во время шагов руками. Эти упражнения лучше делать после тренировки самого элемента или можно использовать в подготовке к нему. Описание тренировки дословно переводится как офп для деласало | тренировка в повторении в реальгом времени. Пожалуйста, будьте вежливы в комментариях.

Когда просыпаюсь испытываю что-то потрясающее, то, чего в жизни никогда не испытываю, даже не знаю как это назвать и описать. И сейчас воспроизвести это ощущение не могу. Чувствую только после снов с этим человеком. Что-то похожее на тотальное расслабление, принятие. Будто можно выдохнуть и все становится ясно.
