Wow, I'm learning a swing 360 (silly move to impress kids at the local callisthenics park ) and this breakdown above of how to work safely on a rotational kipping movement on the ground will be perfect so that when I take it to the bar I can have fun. I broke it down as far as the twisting kip to a plank (although I have nothing like your plyometric strength and timing) and managed to bruise my forearms quite badly. I see from above how I could have avoided that by elevating my legs as you show above and consciously aiming for a forearm plank to protect my arms with my elbows as you also thought to do. There is just so much wisdom in your approach. As always the results are stunning. I'll spend A MONTH trying to achieve what you show in the first thirty seconds. It will be a month well spent. I would like one day to be able to help young people as you do for, on my instrument the guitar, I had great pain from not practicing wisely. I will do everything both ways as my aging body DEEPLY RESENTS ASSYMETRY and rewards me for reestablishing it even thought the scoring criteria in aerobic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics and break dancing do nothing to encourage it which is, I feel, dangerous as we age. Woo, that's a long long walk to say thank you once more for the inspiration, you are the man, how lucky the children you work with are to have you keep them safe and show them the safest, shortest, and most fun route to mastery.

@@aermotion It's an honour to communicate with you. I got the skill today ! I'll film the method, which you and some of the Parkour youtubers inspired and ask nicely if you can watch it . Also, it took a long time to find you and I'd like to recommend two Capoeira channel that you might like to explore. Psico Zone and Mestre Koite. Their styles are very different but I think you will enjoy them. I'm waiting to hear back from Igor as I have been desperate to buy your Flare course from some time. D.
