More proof that The Sopranos directors never watched the show before writing The Many Saints of Newark. It wouldn't have made sense both plot and character arc wise. Timeline got fucked up.

This could of worked to show Janice as a lier and she told jr it was dickie bc he didn't give her some money, drugs or even want to hook up with her. She liked older guys. Dickie proves it to be a lie and even does some big moves for the family to gain trust but Jr can't get past it, orders the hit. Or dickie had no clue and it was all done behind his back. And we only know after the gun is fired. Jr couldn't care less about Janice and just used it as an excuse bc he didn't like that dickie was do drugs and dealing with black ppl. Also plays in the theme that Soprano women get ppl killed/ hurt with thier tounges. Could also explain why Janice left as a teen. Idk anything could of been better then that train wreck. I didn't think it was possible that Saints could of been worse.
