I've been cooking my eggs like that for years. Although I'm an over easy guy but the wife likes hers scrambled. Want a great chicken or pork rub? Take your meat and lay it out. Sprinkle seasoned salt , Garlic powder ,Onion powder, Smoked Paprika and Olive Oil on one side. Now mix it with your hands until evenly coated. That's it. I can do this drunk and it's perfect all the time. In fact I was pretty twisted when I came up with this. It's been my go to every time .....the wife and Son love it.

This model is more compact and quieter than our older version that this one is replacing. We have done creme brûlée, cookie dough and tons of meat. They all come out perfect every time. We also have the anovo sous vide cooker 16L box thing and this fits inside that which is great because I can store them together. I just love that I can set this and walk away to deal with the rest of dinner.

This is what you call kitchen sink chili. It's $200 mainly for the sheer volume you made. I'm sure that it's pretty good, though. I could see people enjoying it at a large gathering.
