Those mats look amazing. Very popular style over in Japan in the JDM market over there. The weaves are a little different and more thick from whomever makes them over there. I know Nissan put them in some of their special edition Z-Tune GTR's over the years.

Very cool! I’ve been doing something similar at Miata’s At The Gap for the past two years. I buy all the Miata Hot Wheels/Matchbox that I come across. I passed out at least twenty black with red interior NA’s last year. I’d bet at least a subscriber or two here received one. Lots of fun!

If it hasn't been asked already, where is a diagram to find which wire/s to tie into? I have a 17 GTI Sport. I have seen some videos on here where you tie into the harness directly, plug n play but these don't seem to be that case. I also noticed in the EU they must require the reflectors to be actual lights so that unfortunate here in the states that we can just un snap the oem "light" and plug them right in. Also, I know this video is a little older but I don't see a link where to buy these...I'm sure I'll find it as soon as I click save...

I miss being able to see the valve cover and paint it up all nice. Modern cars have so much shiet on them these days that they have to put a plastic cover over the top of the engine, to simulate a valve cover.

I've owned two MK7 GTIs now, both of them have had tremendous cracks across the plastic trim surrounding the sunroof. I was going to get the first one wrapped then it got totaled (Profile picture, as of 12/9/2024) now the 2nd one is much worse than the first one and leaking :D OH YEAH, man I wanna know what wheel specs you're running :o size, offset, tires, spacers? Looks clean!

Not a fan. I disagree that it looks "OEM". Anyone who knows the Golf, would know that if it was round and OEM, it'd be golf ball looking. The upward motion is super weird too. Good video. Glad someone else did it so I don't.
