I am working toward opening a rescue ranch and sanctuary for horses and dogs and I would LOVE to have one of these for my horses. How much does something like this cost and how much space do you need to build it and what would be a general timeline for construction? Gotta get on my investors about pond money! sadly all these higher income houses feel they need 'features' to make their home site demand maintainance. Water use in a desert (California is overburdened). Grass needs water. What is payback of trees and bushes, sand, bark, etc. in a planet that has too many fashionistas. vs starving and ruined ecological lands by war like Ukraine/ Iraq Syria?
