Nice. Only thing they missed is putting the pool stairs at the end, you can't do laps. The views are nice and the property seems private from neighbors looking inside for the most part.

Wow. This is very nice. Its priced right as well. I'd turn the lower shipping container area into a bar/speakeasy. TV, beer, spirits, dartboard, etc. The only weakness is that there is only parking for one car and it isnt covered. So not so good for couple with two cars or couple with teen who has his/her own car.

The house has a tons of natural light everywhere.

Beverly Hills, Holmby Park and lots of other neighborhoods used to have these beautiful houses from the 1930s and 1920s but most of the houses have been demolished and replaced with Persian places or ultra modern houses

Mission Tile in South Pasadena is the place to go to restore 1920s porcelain bathroom tiles

The house is fantastic and so are neighboring houses, because the neighborhood has a historic preservation zone designation.

I hate open concept kitchens. My house ( now rented out) , like this one, has a separate kitchen , breakfast room and dining room.
