Absolute perfection.

Spectacular. The tile work, the arches, the pocket doors, the ceilings, the light fixtures an sconces, the gardens and outdoor spaces, all delightful. The very best of vintage architecture and bravo to all of the owners for NOT remuddling it!

If I were to buy that house the first thing I would do is rip out all that dark marble and probably completely redo that coffin looking bathroom, all that dark tile combined with no natural light, and the small space would be a little claustrophobia inducing

It’s a fantastic house! It’s too bad they went all in on that violently atrocious marble. Good lord. That would be gone immediately.
